TRACKLIST/NOTES:

THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED IN 2012 WAS WHEN ALL OF THE FIREWORKS WENT OFF AT THE SAME TIME IN SAN DIEGO. THIS MEGAMIX IS DEDICATED TO THAT MOMENT. THESE ARE SONGS WE ENJOYED FROM 2012 MIXED WITH CLASSICS TO ADD…

An Enchanting Encounter

I just ordered some lonely Thai takeout for myself and was asked if I wanted to pay cash or credit. Being caught off guard by such an option, I defaulted to cash. After hanging up, I realized that I only had $7 in my wallet, and sought to rectify the situation. I walked down the street to the bank and, upon my arrival, was greeted by a man who described himself as a “riddleist”. He offered to tell me where I got my shoes, what state I was born in, and how many children my father had for $2. I told him that I would instead give him a high-five. Seemingly accepting my offer, the riddleist told me that I got my shoes on my feet, was born in a state of infancy, and that my father had no children (that being my mother’s responsibility). Satisfied with the outcome of the situation, we gave each other a transcendent high-five and he exclaimed “word is bond!” I went inside the bank to withdraw some cash, and when I came back out, he was nowhere to be found. I’m glad I didn’t choose credit.

An Enchanting Encounter

I ordered some lonely Thai food for myself tonight. As I was making the order, they asked if I wanted to pay cash or credit. Opting for cash by default, I realized that I needed to go to the bank to arrange for my funds. I walked down the street to the bank and, as I arrived, I was greeted by a self-described “riddleist”. He offered to tell me where I got my shoes, what state I was born in, and how many children my father had in exchange for $2. I offered instead to give him a high-five, and he agreed to my terms. He told me that I got my shoes on my feet, I was born in a state of infancy, and that my father didn’t have any children (that being my mother’s responsibility). Satisfied by the outcome of the situation, we gave each other a transcendent high-five, after which he exclaimed “word is bond!” I went into the ATM shelter to get some cash, but when I came back outside, the riddleist was nowhere to be found. I’m glad I didn’t choose credit.
